During the lockdown periods in 2020 an alternative for cuddle sessions, massage treatments, coaching sessions and personal guidance was created. The so called QUARANTINE-CUDDLING will remain to exist.
Check te options in the list below. These “tele-consults” are shaped by a (video)call via phone or Zoom. This way I can still offer everyone attention, support, conversations and self treatment.
A conversation and holding your hand remotely.
Call me (no whatsapp) my phone is switched on.
E-mail me to make an appointment.
If you do not have credit to call me, I will call you.
We schedule that on forehand similar to regular appointments.
WHEN? Monday until Sunday, during the day and in the evening.
(Phone is switched off when I need time for myself)

- Individual laughter session where you’ll experience your breathing differently, you stimulate your emotional, physical and mental well-being, significantly reduce your stress level and boost your immune system
- Exercise together – if you also have a hometrainer (Real life sessions on the Cuddle-bike (tandem) are possible again)
- Guided relaxation exercises or meditation
- Watch a movie/series together
- Defencibility exercises, Karate & (kick)boxing
- Play a game together
- Be read or sung to
- Guided learn self-massage
- Moving & stretching to music together
*alle above individual activities are also possible live outside and/or in the practice.
