As an alternative for cuddle sessions, massage treatments and coaching sessions: QUARANTINE-CUDDLING. These “tele-consults” are shaped by a (video)call via phone, Skype or Zoom. This way I can offer everyone SAFE attention, support, conversations and self treatment.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO?
Eat healthy, rest/sleep enough, make sure you exercize and be kind to other people.
- Wash your hands regularly.
- Cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow.
- Use tissue paper.
- Do not shake hands.
- Stay home if you have a cold or flu and don’t feel well.
- Respect peoples wishes to keep 1,5 meter distance.

- Wash all sides of your hands and fingers.
- And also wash your wrists!
