The alternative solutions for cliënts to support them and help them relax and improve their immune system at home continues.

HOW TO HANDLE COVID-19 (CORONA VIRUS)?

The government continuously adjusts measures to prevent spreading the virus. The most recent info can be found on RIVM website.

I will keep RIVM as a source for information and measures.

Practice appointments are carfully possible. I follow the Guidelines infection prevention Covid-19 for hygiene measures and I explain them when scheduling appointments.

Online Quarantine Cuddling will continue to exist for the time being.

As an alternative for cuddle sessions, massage treatments and coaching sessions: QUARANTINE-CUDDLING. These “tele-consults” are shaped by a (video)call via phone, Skype or Zoom. This way I can offer everyone SAFE attention, support, conversations and self treatment.

A conversation and holding your hand remotely.

HOW?
Call me (no whatsapp).
Mail to make an appointment.
If you don’t have credit to call me, I will call you.
HOW LONG?
We schedule that on forehand similar to regular appointments.
WHEN? Monday until Sunday, during the day and in the evening.
(Phone is switched off when I need time for myself)

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO?

The most important measures that you must take yourself to prevent the spread of the Corona virus as much as possible are: STAY HOME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow.
  • Use tissue paper.
  • Do not shake hands.
  • Stay home if you have a cold.
  • Keep 1,5 meter (two armlengths) distance from other people.

HOW TO WASH YOUR HANDS?

  • Wash all sides of your hands and fingers.
  • And also wash your wrists!
